Allison was extremely helpful and very informative of her clientele. After driving up and as I mentioned I wanted the platinum plus inside and fresh linen scent, she was quick to understand I was a reoccurring customer and explained the benefits of the car was membership and we signed up. She is very smart and resourceful. Canton car wash is lucky to have her!

The whole experience was great. Staff looked over my care and recommended the second complementary exterior wash. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And Hiba made me an excellent Chai latte to enjoy while waited for my car to have its interior clean. Overall great experience!

Hiba was amazing! She helped me sign up for a car wash membership and honestly made the whole thing so easy. She was super patient and walked me through all the different options without making it confusing. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. Great energy, great service.

Hello. I just got my vehicle detailed at your 1301 S. Haven St, Baltimore MD 21224 location on 1/22/2026. I’ve been a patron for quite some time and this was the best I’ve ever had. The whole team was on point. Great customer service. My biggest praise goes out to Maria P. She was so attentive for some touch ups that were needed. She helped us specifically with our windows. She went above and beyond and I don’t experience this everyday. Grand attitude. When I experience this type of customer service I take my hat off. It is a lost culture. Maria is such a great asset to this company. Please relay this message and grant her a bonus. She absolutely deserves it. I’m positive she is the reason why many customers keep coming back. Thank you Edwin for the great service , the scratches disappeared like they wasn’t there and the car now looks amazing, this the best car wash in Baltimore, they do all the service especially polish and full detailing for the interior and the exterior as well and they have the lowest price in the city with amazing service

This is the absolute best car wash I have ever been too. I just moved here from Florida and we have nothing compared to this fantastic place. I've hated coming to this car wash simply because no one understands me, last week I finally met Chris who told me the process and was super understanding about my frustration. Definitely manager material she made my day paying 300 you want to leave happy.

Stopped by the Haven St location for a Gold car wash ($17) and was really happy with the result. The basic exterior wash and triple foam did a great job on the road grime. A huge plus here is the self-service area; after the tunnel, I had full access to high-suction vacuums and fresh towels to finish the interior myself. It’s a great value if you don't mind a little DIY cleaning. Fast, efficient, and my car looks great!
